Feature Friday: Graduation

I really love doing graduation announcements & graduation party invitations.
They always have such cute pictures & have such fun personal style.

Haleigh is a good friend of ours from church. Her mom had bought a card to put a picture on that had a zebra border, but needed an inclosure card to match.

They were also having a backyard party at their house, so I designed an invitation for that as well.
As you will see Haleigh is quite the boots girl and has quite an impressive collection!

 If you know of any seniors this year, send them my way when the time comes!

Feature Friday: Favorite Things Birthday Party

A few months back, my best friend & college roomie contacted me about doing an invitation & banner for her Jude's 3rd birthday. I was so excited, and loved the theme she had come up with! What the perfect idea to be able to incorporate all of a child's favorite things. Jenny did an awesome job of having all his favorite foods, games & activities. Every child's dream, right?

{I stole this pic, off your blog, Jenny...hope that's ok! :)}

. . .

I am really working hard to be better about posting more regularly. If you missed the new iPhone cases, click here to check them out! I'm super excited about them. In fact, I plan to have one on it's way to me in the next week or so! Can't wait! I'll give you a little peek once it's here.

I also just created a twitter account, you can go follow me: @snowbirddesigns

Feature Friday :: Monkey Party

This is the same post I posted yesterday on my personal blog...but today it's my Feature Friday!
We just celebrated my daughter's 2nd birthday party with a pink & yellow monkey party.
Be sure to read all the way to the bottom for a special deal on this party pack!

{invitation}

I kinda like planning parties...have I mentioned that before? ;)
When thinking about Emma's 2nd birthday, it of course had to be adorable, but also all about something she loves. Monkey's was the obvious choice. She LOVES monkeys & it was after all the first animal sound she made!

Favor & Sign in table...
We had all kinds of pink & yellow treats to fill a box with your on monkey mix on your way out the door...or to snack on during the party! :)
We also had a Curious George book for everyone to sign as a keepsake for Emma.

 Food table
 We decided to have a mid-morning party & had tons of breakfast food...donut pops, banana muffins, banana biscotti, monkey bread, pigs in a blanket, a breakfast casserole, and lots of fruit. YUM!

Banner & Drink Bar
We had all kinds of breakfast drinks for our guests to enjoy & after my first time to use paper straws I can officially say I'm sold...now I want them in every color!

Activity stations
{top to bottom}
*I love these ruffled streamers I made using this tutorial * We buried barrel of monkey monkeys & money in the sandbox for the kids to dig up...it was a big hit, especially with the older kids!
*I repainted the bean bag toss board from Emma's 1st birthday, and my sweet mom made banana bean bags for the kids to toss the monkey a banana. Then each kid got to take home a banana bean bag!
*We had stations set up for the kids to draw with chalk & color monkey pictures.

Contact me to order!
$10 for the invitation PDF

Feature Friday-Logo design

 My good friend Chelsie has just recently started up her own private counseling practice. I couldn't be more proud of her & was very honored when she asked me if I could help come up with a logo.

She told me she would possibly like to use a tree, the word hope, and has lots of Kelly Rae Roberts art in her office...all which I used as somewhat of an inspiration in the design & colors. I always love having a peek & ideas like this to get an idea of the style a person is going for.

 Here is her business card: I designed it & she printed them herself. Below is a picture she sent me of the cards printed, they look great! {and I don't know why the picture won't rotate for me...sorry!}

 I also designed this letterhead for her to print as she needs it.

 And here is the tree logo that I came up with & used on everything. She also used it on her website, which looks great & really ties everything together!

Check her out at: http://www.chelsiesargentcounseling.com/. She's really amazing at what she does, love you Chels!!

Feature Friday: Custom Banners

 Happy Friday, everyone!
I am amazed at how quickly the weeks roll past...maybe that has something to do with having a sweet toddler in the house! :)

This weeks feature is Custom Banners.
Our Banners come in all of our party packs, but you can always order a single banner for any occasion for $10!

I recently made this Fathers Day banner to celebrate Dad's day around our house...

One of David's Father's day gifts was this picture in a frame that Emma helped me paint! I would say it was the favorite gift of the year & proudly has a place in his office.
The banner + Emma dressed up in her daddy's clothes made it all come together perfectly!

Real Parties :: Go Wild!

I have another Party Pack to feature today. My college best friends little boy is turning two & I was so happy to be able to create a party pack for the occasion! It was so fun to be able to celebrate with Jude! Here are a few pictures.

Jude is Two banner! I used dark gray, lots of bright colors & wild animals.
Jenny printed the banner off twice, once on a kraft colored paper. It gave it such a COOL look! Great idea, Jenny!
Sign by the favors, there was a similar sign on the front door, but I didn't get a picture of that one.
Favor tags
Tent Cards by the YUMMY food!
Cupcake toppers

Happy 2nd Birthday Jude!!

The Go Wild! invitation is available for $10.
The whole pack is $20.
The pack includes:
invitation
banner
cupcake toppers
signs {up to five}
tent cards
favor tags
water bottle labels

Always remember-if there are items you don't need or want, let me know...it may lower the price!

Feature Friday

 This is my beautiful friend Kat & her hubby Clint. They are expecting their first baby & hosted a Gender Reveal Party for some friends & family back when they found out what they were having. Kat contacted me a few weeks beforehand to help her plan the perfect little pink & blue party! It was SUCH a fun one to work one!
 She sent cake balls home with her guests as favors, so we made a little tags for her to tie on that said "Thanks for coming...we had a ball! Love, Kat, Clint & Baby Burns"

Here is a little sign explaining for the guests to choose a pink or blue tag to cast their votes & write a name suggestion for the baby on the card.
 Then they hung their guess on some painted branches...LOVE THIS!

Here you can catch a little glimpse of the "Baby Burns" banner, and some tent cards. They were blank so once Kat decide what all she would be serving she could fill them in. I love all the different pink & blue candies she used!
 And the big reveal...it's a
 BOY!

Congrats Kat & Clint & thanks for letting me help you make it a day to remember!

Feature Friday

...on Sunday! :)

I thought it would be fun to start showing you a few party packs {and possibly other Snowbird products at some point} put into action.

I helped mom throw a July 4th celebration & we decided to use a few of the items from the Independence Party Pack to use. Here's a few shots of the event!

{Any of you out there that I have done a party pack for, I would LOVE for you to send me a few pictures of your event for me to feature in the coming weeks!}
